These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Veil's proxy network, dashboard and API (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Veil provides access to residential, mobile, ISP and datacenter proxy pools behind a single endpoint, along with account management, usage metering and billing. We source underlying IP capacity from upstream network providers and resell access under our own pricing and plans.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used to violate this section, in order to protect the integrity and IP reputation of the network for all customers.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys. Usage attributed to your API key is billed to your account regardless of who initiated it, so you should revoke and rotate keys you believe may be compromised from the dashboard immediately.
Plans are billed either as a flat monthly fee with an included traffic allowance, or on a pay-per-usage basis priced per gigabyte, as shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard at the time you select a plan. Usage is metered per API key and deducted from your account balance or billed at the end of the cycle depending on plan type. Unused included traffic on flat-monthly plans does not carry over to the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Account balance top-ups are intended for consumption of the Service. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for unused balance; usage already metered against your account is non-refundable.
We work to keep the network and dashboard available and performant, but the Service depends in part on upstream providers outside our direct control and is provided on an "as available" basis without uptime guarantees unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that puts the network or other customers at risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
